About Low Country Ear, Nose, & Throat
We are specialists in adult and pediatric otolaryngology, hearing and balance. We have two locations to serve you; our main office near Trident Medical Center in North Charleston and our new satellite office in West Ashley near Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital.
Low Country ENT is a relatively small, friendly, family oriented practice. We think this offers a refreshing alternative to the less personalized experience in a large corporate or academic practice. The doctor who evaluates you in the office should be the same one who sees you in follow up or takes care of you in the hospital if that becomes necessary. We strive to remain academically current, with the goal to continue providing state-of-the-art medical, surgical and audiologic care.
Both Dr. Russell Kitch and Dr. Jenn Grady are board certified Otolaryngologists, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders in children and adults. Dr. Kitch has been seeing patients in the Charleston area for over 20 years. He has advanced training and is board certified in sleep medicine. Dr. Kitch’s special interests include vertigo, sudden hearing loss, sinusitis, and sleep apnea. Dr. Grady joined LCENT in September 2014. After her residency training, she move to California for an Otology (ear surgery) fellowship. Missing the Charleston area, she then decided to move back and practice in the low country. She has special interests in otology, pediatric ENT, and sinus surgery.
